When in need of travel inspiration, or even just something to lighten the mood, I like to listen to foreign music. This particular song is from two Brazilian artists. Anyone been to Brazil? I have not yet, but it’s on my list!

“Fica tudo bem” literally translates to “Everything remains well/fine” but in this composition, and for a more artistic and idiomatic translation, it more closely translates to “Everything’ll be all right”.

Even though the artists wrote this song about love, I think it can also be applied to current global quarantine and everyone’s need for reassurance in time of crisis.
